Robert Dekker
Robert Dekker is the Founder and Senior Advisor of Helder Strategic Advisory, a boutique executive advisory firm that helps organizations navigate transformational business moments.
Over more than two decades, Robert has advised leadership teams across public companies, private organizations, and family-owned businesses on business transformation, corporate communications, brand strategy, corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, executive positioning, reputation management, and organizational change.
His career has been defined by helping organizations solve complex business challenges where leadership, communications, and stakeholder engagement intersect. From acquisitions and leadership transitions to AI transformation and corporate repositioning, Robert has worked alongside executives to build alignment, strengthen trust, and support successful business outcomes.
Unlike traditional consultants, Robert brings the perspective of an executive who has led global communications and corporate affairs functions from inside the organizations he advised. That experience provides practical insight into how executive teams make decisions, manage competing priorities, and lead through periods of uncertainty.
